How do I begin
using Online Banking?
- Click on the “Online Banking” button.
- Select “Enrollment.”
- Enter all the required information
including the security question.
- Upon completion of the application
it will take approximately 4–5 days to receive your Access ID and Password via mail.
- Upon receiving your ID and Password,
log back onto www.syringabank.com
- Enter your Access ID and Temporary
Password in the boxes located just beneath the online banking headline.
- Select “Log In .”
- You will now be prompted to enter
a new Access ID and a new Password.
These must be at least six characters
each.
- Click “Submit” and start banking!
Warning: After 3 unsuccessful "Log In" attempts you will be locked out of your account, simply call any one of our locations for assistance.

How do I begin using Online Bill Pay?
- "Log In" to your Online Banking account. If you have not already signed up for Free Online Banking please contact any one of our locations for instructions.
- At the bottom of the Online Banking main page you will see the Bill Pay enrollment option. Just below your accounts listed you will see an option for enrollment and demo for Bill Pay. Please review the demo before enrolling.
- After viewing the demo select the enrollment option. You will then begin to enter all appropriate information needed. When entering your information for Online Bill Pay remember to list the primary checking account that you will be using for your bill payments.
- After completing the enrollment, the bank will review the information to ensure accuracy. After 3-5 business days you will be notified by the bank that your bill pay account is now ready to use!
- Upon notification, "Log In" to Online Banking and you will see "List of BILL PAY accounts..." click on the account number listed below the heading.
- You will now be able to enter the appropriate information for whom you wish to pay bills to. If you have any questions for this process please call any one of our branch locations or simply click on the "Live Chat" button available through our Online Bill Pay service.
